TOYM Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At TOYM, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return, refund, and cancellation policies below.


1. Return Policy


Eligibility for Returns


Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt, is required.

  • Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • - Swimwear, undergarments, and lingerie due to hygiene reasons.
  • - Customized or personalized items.
  • - Gift cards or promotional items.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Customers must contact our support team at management@thousandsofyearsmedia.com.



  2. Package the Item
    Items must be securely packaged, and the return form provided in the original shipment should be included.



  3. Shipping the Return
    Customers must send the package to the following return address:

    38-07, Menara Ecoworld, Bukit Bintang City Centre, No. 2 Jalan Hang Tuah, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia
    (Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.)



  4. Processing the Return
    Once received, the return will be inspected, and a refund or store credit will be processed within 7 business days.



2. Refund Policy

 

Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on customer preference.


Processing Timeframes

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days but may take additional time depending on the bank’s policies.
  • PayPal/Other Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Store Credit: Store credit will be issued immediately upon return approval.


Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a customer received free shipping, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.


  • 3. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund.


Cancellation Process

  • Customers can log into their TOYM account and navigate to the Order History to request a cancellation.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may still return the item under the Returns Policy.

4. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a different size, color, or product is required, customers must return the original item following our Returns Policy and place a new order.


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, they must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with the following details:

  • - A description of the issue.
  • - Order number.
  • - Photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item.


Upon verification, TOYM will provide either:

  • - A full refund to the original payment method.
  • - A replacement item at no additional cost.
